Rock in Rio II was the second edition of the iconic music festival held from 18-27 January, 1991, at the Maracanã Stadium in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Headlined by Guns N' Roses, Prince, and George Michael, the nine-day event drew over 700,000 people and was broadcast to 55 countries.
