The legendary Ozzy Osbourne live in concert at the Mid-South Coliseum, in Memphis, Tennessee, on 28 April 1982, during the Diary of a Madman Tour.

This historic stop on the Diary of a Madman Tour carried immense emotional weight. It took place just weeks after the tragic death of the iconic guitarist, Randy Rhoads. Honorably keeping a pre-existing commitment, Ozzy agreed to have the sold-out concert broadcasted live on nationwide radio. Faced with the impossible task of replacing Rhoads, future Night Ranger guitarist Brad Gillis stepped up to deliver a thunderous performance.
