Side 1 and the opening track of Side 2 showcases David Bowie’s performance on 14 December 1995 at Westway Studios, London, captured during the Outside Tour for Channel 4's The White Room music programme.

The remaining tracks feature Bowie’s appearance at the BBC Radio Theatre, London, on 27 June 2000.
